~MINIMUM first order is (5) units for New Wholesalers.
~All prices quoted are in U.S. dollars.
~All shipments are F.O.B. Scranton, Pennsylvania, U.S.A. or Taiwan.
~Shipping: $25.00 per unit within the continental U.S.
~Shipping quote provided for orders shipped outside the continental U.S.
~For all orders shipped to Pennsylvania, a Sales Tax Exemption Certificate is required.
~We do not drop-ship to your customer (Dealers/Distributors).
~Terms: Pre-Paid or Credit Card on all accounts. (VISA, MC, AMEX, Discover)
~New Wholesale Accounts may be required to complete a credit card authorization form.
~O2 Innovations® written approval of marketing, advertising and website placement is required.
~Minimum Advertised Pricing (MAP) is suggested.
~Business Tax ID may be required.
~30 Day Money Back Guarantee is not available. Wholesaler may offer at their discretion.
~1 Year Limited Warranty is not available outside the continental U.S.
~115V is UL Listed & CSA Approved. 230V is CE Approved.
~Wholesale Accounts inactive for 12 or more months must reapply for Wholesale Status.
~New Wholesalers must sign Dealer, Affiliate or Distributor agreement.
